Here I Sit With Broken Heart
Do you like to nibble at snacks while you’re working at the computer, fingers scooting back and forth over the keyboard? Some people do in fact so many people that ‘work the internet way‘ are noticing that their weight is becoming just a little over the top as they chomp away browsing, reading, writing… forgetting to eat properly and get the all important exercise like walking at least an hour a day.
Snacks are great once in a while, but if exercise is left on the back burner, it stands to reason that all that fat we’re consuming is going to be accumulating in our bodies and when we’re not getting any exercise at all – except to run to the kitchen to get more snacks, soda or coffee – then something has gotta go hay-wire.
Shut down the computer for at least 2 x half an hour a day and get out there in the sun, wind and rain or whatever element mother nature throws at us. You’ll feel much better for it – energized and much more ‘let’s do it’ attitude than ever before.
To help get as far away from the snacks as possible – try an appetite suppressant. I know more stuff to gulp down – but some of these weight loss systems actually work wonders. So do something before it’s too late and getting out of your desk chair is far too energy consuming – believe it, there are many people that do not move out of their computer chair from 08:00 am and 16 hours hence. Imagine how many fat snacks can be eaten in that time.
So don’t sit there broken hearted thinking that it’s too late to have a life besides the internet one you lead – get rid of the fat blues. Once you ‘make it’ with your internet efforts – chances are you wont have the energy to enjoy it.

Replace the coffee and soda with water! It’s great to fill you up so you do no want to snack and obviously has less calories. If you need that caffeine boost I would suggest the various energy shots you can buy like Monster Hitman and 5 Hour Energy. “Affects may vary” lol. I took a Hitman once and I was really revved up but my heart was pounding.
