February 11th, 2009It is not hard to believe how many web page owners are clueless about the most important thing when it comes to running a web page. This thing is targeted traffic and how to get it. Being the owner of a search engine optimization website, I have an inside view of what it takes to find and drive targeted visitors to a webpage.
There is the costly way, or the cheaper but time-consuming way.
Pay per click is the costly way. When it comes to pay per click, if you don’t don’t do it right you can spent allot of cash and get very little return on your investment. You can always hire someone to run your ppc campaigns. You could wind up being lucky enough to find a person that knows what they are doing and won’t rip you off and run.
The far less expensive way is organic SEO. Again you can waist a lot of cash if you don’t know what you are doing. anyhow if you have the time to get past learning curve and the overall time it takes to do all of the work it takes to get to the top, you will be successful and make allot of cash along the way. If you are like most other webmasters , you don’t have time to take a breath let alone learn SEO. So you should hire a freelance SEO specialist or a SEO company. Then again, if you don’t know the person you are dealing with you can end up wasting allot of cash and getting nothing for it.
Please don’t get me wrong; there are a few that have figured out the combination to the PPC few. It is common knowledge that being on the first page of the search engines will get you allot of visits to your web page then PPC.
although, However, it’s not just getting to the first page of the search engines, and a lot of traffic that will make you money. Getting to the first page of the search engines is crucial but, getting targeted visitors to your webpage that want to purchase what you have to offer is what it is really all about. This is called targeted traffic.
There is only one way that I know of to get targeted traffic, starts with keywords. What are the keywords or key phrases that your customers going to use to find what you have to sell? That is the million-dollar question.
You can take a stab at what keywords to use or you can spend countless hours going over keyword after keyword and still not come up with correct keywords to bring in any visitors.

Thanks for your comment organt57. There are many ways of getting targeted traffic but proper SEO is certainly one of the best methods among others.
SEO methods are probably the easiest and most inexpensive methods to use. It’s also possible to use money using SEO content if it isn’t good-quality content. Pay attention to how professional the content sounds as well as its keyword density.
